    Including registration and any required ERDC documentation.

  6. Prepare for the first day

    We’ll send everything you need to know before your child’s first morning.

How to submit your forms: Download and print the forms above, fill them out by hand, then either snap a clear photo or scan each page and email them to firefly.family.collective@gmail.com. Prefer to bring them in instead? That works too — just drop off your completed packet at pickup or drop-off, or bring it along to your tour.

Firefly Family Collective proudly welcomes families using Oregon ERDC childcare assistance. Our team can help you understand the enrollment steps and required documentation — so you can focus on what matters most.

Registration & Payment

A $100 registration fee applies at enrollment and renews yearly. Tuition can be paid through Brightwheel, or via Zelle, check, or money order/cash. Daily and weekly rates are due by Saturday of the week care is provided.
